Answering the hard questions
When we interview candidates, we're assessing them through our clients' eyes. That means, we're looking at their skills, experience and individual personalities. Our confidential candidate reports provide information on their presentation, salary expectations, reason for leaving, etc. Reference checks are completed and academic records kept on file. Support staff are tested on their software skills and typing. Finally, we can also negotiate offers of employment and counsel candidates on resigning and how to handle counter offers.

In short, we get to know them, so that when it comes to placement, everyone is happy.
